In 2018, the Youth Bureau awarded Harborfest with a grant of $1,000 which provided funding for the production of the Children’s Musical 101 Dalmatians, which was directed by Kelly Mosher and Lyndsie Jones of the Oswego Children’s Theater.

Performances were held on Saturday and Sunday during the festival and were very well attended.

Youth Bureau director Brian Chetney and Sam Crisafulli and Kristen Slimmer received the official Harborfest poster from Oswego Harbor Festival’s Executive Director Peter Myles.

Harborfest is one of largest music festivals in the country.

It was founded with the mission of creating nationally recognized festivals and events that attract and engage a broad and diverse audience, celebrate and build community, and advance economic development in Oswego.

This event has been successful for the past 31 years due to the continued support received from the city of Oswego and other government entities, businesses members, organizations, individuals and family members, and sponsors.
