Oswego County Soil and Water Spring Tree and Shrub Sale Returns

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Soil and Water Conservation District welcomes gardeners to its 53rd annual spring tree and shrub sale. From hardwoods to fruits, shrubs and miscellaneous conservation items, there are a wide variety of items available for purchase.

Tree species included in the sale are black cherry, sugar maple, Northern red oak, river birch, swamp white oak and sycamore. Honeycrisp apple, Stella cherry, American hazelnut and Eastern red bud are just a few of the trees and shrubs available for sale.

Email the completed order form to [email protected] or mail it to: Oswego County Soil and Water Conservation District, 3105 NYS Rte. 3, Fulton. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Oswego County Soil and Water.

Orders will be accepted until Monday, April 1 and pick-up is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, April 15 and 16 at the Oswego County Soil and Water Conservation District, 3105 NYS Rte. 3, Fulton.

It is recommended to place orders early, as some species have already sold out. Updates about species availability, as well as a description and site suitability guide are provided online.
