State Division Of Homeland Security And Emergency Services Hosts Canine Explosive Detection Training

NEW YORY – New York State Trooper Kylie Black and canine partner Loni, who cover Oswego County, just completed training at ‘Canine Week’ at the State Preparedness Training Center in Oriskany.
