OSWEGO, NY – Mabel I. Mayotte, 81, a resident of 131 W. First St., died on Sept. 8, 2008, at Oswego Hospital.
Born in Hudson Falls NY, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Ida (Brayman) McKinney and was a graduate of Hudson Falls schools.
Mrs. Mayotte was the bookkeeper and office manager of Keybank in Syracuse for 23 years.
Surviving are her son, Keith (Bernadette) Mayotte of Oswego; two grandchildren, Robert and David Mayotte; and two sisters, Jane Bemis of Glens Falls and Ruth Stewart of Greenwich.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leo Mayotte, in 1967.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the Dowdle Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to have heard about your mom (grandmother). Mabel was my first patient and she will always be my favorite!!! I went to visit her at St Lukes and she always had a sweet smile and a warm hug waiting to be shared. She is a very sweet lady and I will miss her dearly! Thank you for letting me take care of her for that year. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. RIP Mabel.
