Catherine “Kay” E. Dailey-Williams, 86

Catherine “Kay” E. Dailey-Williams, 86, of Hannibal, died Wednesday at The Manor at Seneca Hill.

A native of Hannibal, Kay was a life resident.  She retired in 1987 from Marine Midland Bank, Fulton Branch as the assistant vice president and manager after 30 years.  She had previously worked as credit manager of Montgomery Ward in Fulton.

Kay was a member of the Hannibal United Methodist Church.  She was a life member and past matron of Huldah Chapter #485, O.E.S. in Hannibal.  She was a charter member and past president of the Prior Stock Post #1552, American Legion in Hannibal.  She was a member of the American Contract Bridge League and the Oswego County Bridge Association.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Homer D. Dailey, who died May 27, 2001, by her father and mother, Ralph M. Sr. and Lydia H. Ecker, and by her brother, Ralph M. Ecker, Jr.

Surviving are: her husband of six years, Alfred Williams; her son, Dann R. Dailey of Glendale, AZ.; a sister, Ruth Merz of Oswego; two granddaughters, Lindsey and Callie Dailey; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Hannibal Village Cemetery.  There will be no calling hours.
