Rehearsals are under way for “War of the Worlds,” which will open SUNY Oswego’s theatre season on Wednesday, Oct. 14.

t a recent Fulton Rotary Club meeting, Jerrica Dishaw. left, spoke on her participation in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards program. RYLA is a 40 year old Rotary youth program that teaches leadership skills to high school students.
John McHugh was our Congressman for more than a decade. Now, he’s in charge of the United States Army. McHugh was sworn in Monday as President Obama’s Secretary of the Army, moving from fighting for Fort Drum in Congress to running every base the Army maintains.

The keynote speaker for the event will be Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney. Mahoney is a life long resident of Central New York. Born into a large family, she grew up in Syracuse and graduated from Corcoran High School, Syracuse University School of Management and Syracuse University College of Law.
