UPDATED: Cayuga Community College would buy the former P&C Foods store at River Glen Mall in Fulton to expand the growing branch of the college under a plan approved by the college’s trustees, the college confirms.
At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, President Donna Kestner introduced Alan Deline, a retired Criminal Justice Professor from SUNY Oswego. Alan discussed recent involvement as a member of several homicide task force teams and their investigation of cold case homicides involving serial murder.
The storm produced more than a foot of snow farther inland, in Oneida County’s communities of Camden and Florence.
