The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recognized Patricia Hyde for 25 years of service to the county. Hyde is a resource coordinator with the Oswego County Department of Social Services. The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presented Carol Stoker with a certificate of appreciation for her 25 years of service to the county. Stoker is a social welfare examiner with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
