At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Mike DeLorme introduced Kathy Hotaling, the owner of Kathy’s Cakes at 129 Cayuga Street in Fulton. Kathy just celebrated her first year anniversary of her new business.
