At approximately 2:49 p.m. on Sunday, Oswego City Police responded to 140 State Route 104, the Oswego Plaza, for a report of an unresponsive man in a parked motor vehicle. Today (May 23), the Medical Examiner’s preliminary forensic autopsy report determined the victim to have died of natural causes.
