The Fulton Family YMCA brought in the Open Hand Theater who performed the Chocolate War which tackled the issue of bullying and conflict resolution in this delightful fantasy production.

Firefighter Ryan from the Fulton Fire Department and his puppet friends came to the Center to talk about the importance of fire safety during the month of October. Head Start is taking applications.

At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Donna Kestner introduced Ben Noonan, Americorps Military, Community and Youth Outreach Associate. Ben presented a very informative program on disaster preparedness called “Be Red Cross Ready”.

Oswego County Pomona Grange No. 13 held its last meeting of the year at Sandy Creek Grange Hall. Master Robert Lewis reported on the State Grange meeting held in October. Pomona Lecturer Ann Taylor received two awards for her work as lecturer.

Our Lady of the Rosary of Hannibal annual quilt raffle is under way. The theme of the quilt this year is “shades of green.” The drawing will be Nov. 20. You need not be present to win.
