Hannibal’s New Superintendent Sees Opportunities in District’s Challenges

The challenges couldn’t be bigger in Hannibal, one of the poorest districts in the state.

That’s fine with her.  Fountain says she just wants to get to Hannibal and get going.

Neighborhood Walk Planned For Second Ward

Mayor Tom Gillen and Second Ward Councilor Mike Myers have scheduled a Neighborhood Walk for the Second Ward on May 2.
