The Oswego County Youth Advisory Council will host a Family Bowling Day from noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 20 at Lighthouse Lanes, 295 E. Albany St., Oswego. The Youth Advisory Council is a youth leadership program for student representatives from the nine Oswego County school districts.

Oswego Charter School Plan Moving Forward Again
Organizers hope to submit their plan later this year and have the school open for the fall of 2014. They held a meeting Thursday night to gain more input from the community as to how they should create the school. If accepted, it would be the first in Oswego County.
