The Oswego County Drug Task Force conducted a lengthy joint investigation of the illegal drug trafficking activities of Frank D. Russell of Parish, with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) and the Village of Pulaski Police Department.
Police: Woman Encouraged Youths To Fight
Police reportedly obtained a video of the fight showing an adult female verbally encouraging the fight. She was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child.The juvenile who was the aggressor in the altercation is also facing charges.
Oswego Police Investigating Hit and Run Accident
an 18-year-old boy was walking alone north on Liberty Street when he was struck from behind by a red four-door sedan unknown make or model, police said. The vehicle did not stop and continued north on Liberty Street, according to the report. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Hannibal to host anti-bullying conference
