A brand new slate of classes and events at the Arts Center located at 357 State St. launch CNY Arts Center’s spring quarter this Saturday. With their mission to promote all arts for all ages shaping the menu, a feast of options is being offered.
Dozens of families visited the CYO program at Catholic Charities of Oswego County to enjoy a variety of Easter themed activities during the CYO’s Easter Fun Day. One of the highlights of the event was a family photo with the Easter Bunny.
Key Bank of Central New York has donated $3,000 to support OCO’s annual bowling tournament fund raiser, the “Lucky 13” Bowl-A-Fun. Proceeds for this year’s event are being directed toward services that help the homeless or nearly homeless in Oswego County.
Not-for-profit community organizations can apply for up to $1,000 for activities for youth during hours when school is not in session. Projects must be completed by the end of 2013 and provide a direct service to children and families in Oswego County.
