SUNY Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley has announced the appointment of Dr. Jerald Woolfolk Adley as vice president for student affairs and enrollment management, effective Jan. 1, 2014. Adley will succeed Dr. Joseph Grant, who retired in 2012.
The Oswego Area CROP Hunger Walk will be held on Oct. 20 at 1:30 p.m. The walk will begin and end at the Oswego YMCA Armory, 265 W. First St., Oswego. Registration begins at 1 p.m.

With the New York State Medicaid System now regionalized, the number to call is new but the dependable service that OCO Transportation Services is known for remains the same.

At the event, she announced Louise Kellogg as the winner of the Oswego County “Senior of the Year” award for 2013.
