Robert Frederick Baker, 85, a resident of Oswego Town, passed away Wednesday October 2, 2013, at home.
The Oswego County Historical Society will host its next lecture of the 2013 series on October 13 at 1:30 p.m. at the Richardson-Bates House Museum, 135 E. Third St.
