Steve Hulsizer was diagnosed this spring with stage-four colon cancer and anyone who knows Steve, knows he is going to battle this as hard as he battled any driver he raced on the dirt tracks.

The Youth Bureau and Springboard Mural Committee approached the city councilors Monday night with two plans to improve the quality of life in the community. One is a unique free library project. The other is a novel way to clean up the graffiti along West Linear Park, behind the YMCA.
