Lakeside Artisans welcomes ceramicist Barbara Moore to its shop at 191 W. First St. Barbara took her first ceramics class when she was a senior in college and has worked with clay off and on ever since. When she moved to Oswego in 1978 she began taking ceramics classes at SUNY, Oswego.
Ruiz hopes to transition to a job teaching in high-need schools in New York City after working and learning in city classrooms under the college’s Oswego Residency Initiative for Teacher Excellence program for the past year.
911coordinators from all over New York State attended training sessions, business seminars, and mingled with vendors over the three days. Senator Patty Ritchie was one of the featured speakers. The 911 Coordinators Association holds the conference twice a year, and this spring was Oswego’s turn to host.

Few would have speculated it would take another 16 years for the Indy Car Series veteran to score win number two.
