The Oswego County Drug Task Force conducted a lengthy joint investigation of the illegal drug trafficking activities of Frank D. Russell of Parish, with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) and the Village of Pulaski Police Department.

The vehicle did not stop and continued north on Liberty Street, according to the report. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

My cat, Nelly, is overweight and not in the best of health (not for reasons related to her weight, so don’t try to make me feel guilty about that) but as a result she is not very good at grooming herself. In fact, she is sort of grungy. I am thinking she would feel better, and so would I, if I could give her a bath.
