Senior Blake Fisher (Seaford, N.Y.) recorded another win at 157 pounds combined with a Red Dragon forfeit, but it was not enough as Cortland, ranked third nationally in Division III, posted a 37-9 victory over the Lakers.
Ritchie Makes Early Valentine Visit To Oswego Seniors
Senator Patty Ritchie recently presented valentines and carnations to residents of St. Luke’s Health Services and Bishop Commons in Oswego and urged people to visit their loved ones at area nursing homes during Valentine’s Week.
Model Building Workshops Scheduled
The H. Lee White Marine Museum and the Oswego Railroad Museum are offering “Beginning Model Building Workshops.” This instructional program is offered in a series of Sunday workshops beginning February 17, from 1-3 p.m.

Have a Heart this Valentine’s Day
In honor of Valentine’s Day, children are invited to volunteer at the Fulton Public Library on February 12 for ‘Have a Heart.’ Participants will be making cards and colored popcorn to be given to the seniors residing at the Ladies Home of Oswego.
Mark’s Pizzeria Donates Pizzas for Oswego Public Library Programs
The local pizzeria is donating pizzas for a Children’s Room Story Hour, a coloring contest, a Digital Media Club Wii Party and for a special Wii for Seniors event in the library’s Community Room.
