The Oswego State women’s ice hockey team came up just short 1-0 against No. 1 Plattsburgh on Friday night in the Campus Center Ice Arena. Oswego’s loss drops its record to 16-7-1 overall with a 10-4-1 mark in ECAC West competition while the Cardinals improve to 22-1-1, 14-1-0.

Given the many places we have visited people were often surprised when we told them we had never been to Hawaii. Well, we have rectified that situation! In fact, our son rented a house for a week in Laie for 10 family members. It had a great view.

SUNY Oswego’s music department will present its annual Collage Concert at 7:30 p.m. March 7, in Tyler Hall’s Waterman Theatre, with all proceeds supporting the department’s scholarship fund.
Parents who notice their young child beginning to stutter should seek help right away; and help is available at most public libraries. In the past, experts incorrectly believed that paying attention to a child’s stuttering would exacerbate the situation.
