Students from Fairgrieve and Lanigan elementary schools recently competed in a literary competition to determine who would represent the Fulton City School District in the countywide Battle of the Books.
The Oswego YMCA will hold a “Dancing in the Dark” Cosmic Zumba event on Friday from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. to raise funds for YMCA group exercise programs. The event is open to the public and there is a suggested donation for participation. Attendees are encouraged to wear white shirts to enhance the black light effect, and glow bracelets and necklaces will be provided.

On March 16, Fulton Police were dispatched to a local gas station for a report of suspicious males outside of the business. An employee reported that multiple customers reported that three males were outside the business asking about “drugs.” During the investigation, it was discovered one of the men was wanted on a warrant.
Oswego County Opportunities invites community members to cowboy-up and to help those in need. On April 18, OCO will hold its annual bowling tournament fund raiser at Lakeview Lanes in Fulton.
