Lisa Shaw, Rosalie Frataccia and David Granoff say they came together by chance at a great time, allowing them to make their antique store vision become reality. Shaw, owner of Oswego Tea Company and Golden Gate Bridal, was interviewing Frataccia for a part-time position at her restaurant when their ideas came together and their vision began.

Oswego Hospital Holds Yearly Decontamination Drill

This time, it was only a drill. The exercise focused primarily on the hospital’s ability to effectively respond to incidents that would involve mass numbers of chemically contaminated patients self-reporting to the hospital. The the drill was being observed and evaluated by members of the Oswego City Fire Department and the Oswego County Fire Coordinator’s office.
