Larry Wight out of Altmar is always a top contender when he straps into a Big Block Modified or Sprint Car. Fulton Pratt House Keeps Local History Alive Today

Fulton’s rich history is alive and well … living in the John Wells Pratt House. Built in 1861 by John Wells Pratt, the historic Pratt House has been restored and cared for by Fulton’s own Friends of History for roughly 35 years. “Although we might not be considered a rich city now, Fulton has a very rich history. We need to appreciate that, it needs to be remembered,” said Pratt House Manager/Executive Secretary, Sue Lane.

The Oswego County Comets Motorcycle Riding Club invites you to attend the fourth annual Bug Run to benefit the MSGW Foundation, Inc. The foundation is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation organized after the tragic death of five-year-old Maggie Sue Glenister Wilcox of New Haven, who died in August of 2011 from the deadly Eastern Equine Encephalitis Virus.

Gee is a big sleek black grown up cat who is totally handsome. He does, however, come with some goofy tendencies. He’s often seen with his tongue sticking out and he loves to chase the broom and roll in the dust pile before his foster mom gets a chance to get it into the dust pan. He likes the top of the cat tree for a little peace and quiet, but he is in the thick of things when the play begins.

Sandy Creek Elementary School students tested their knowledge and practiced their skills during a recent contest that challenged students in every class to complete the most problems. As part of a pizza party contest, each class tried to complete the most problems in their grade level on IXL, which is an innovative tool that promotes learning through the use of technology.
