Members of the Central Square Pop Warner Mighty Mites cheerleading team recognized Breast Cancer Awareness Month. They performed their cheers with pink pompoms and formed a pink ribbon at halftime recently.
Oswego Hospital is introducing a new service, lithotripsy, which treats those with painful kidney stones. Lithotripsy services are now being offered at Oswego Hospital’s Surgery Center.
Today (Oct. 24) at approximately 2:28 a.m., Oswego County 911 center received a call regarding a 23-year-old man with a stab wound. State Police along with EMS personnel responded to 99 Kellogg Road in the Town of Hannibal. Resuscitative efforts failed and the male was transported by Menters Ambulance to Oswego Hospital where he was subsequently pronounced deceased.

The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, together with the Office of U.S. Rep. John Katko (NY-24), today (Oct. 23) announced that it will host monthly economic development meetings with the Oswego County business community. Rep. Katko will join the group for its second meeting on November 12.
