Oswego Community Christian School will host a scholastic book fair on December 4 – 6. The greater Oswego community is invited to browse our collection to help fill stockings for their family and friends and help to spread the love of reading to our youth.

Hannibal Central School District students in the life skills class transformed their classroom into a 5-star restaurant during a recent Thanksgiving celebration. The students, ranging in age from 10 to 18, did everything from meal planning and preparation to taste testing their recipes.
The Oswego State men’s basketball team remained unbeaten with a 73-58 victory over host Clarkson University at SUNY Potsdam’s Maxcy Hall on Tuesday night. Oswego, who led by as many as 20 during the contest, is 4-0 on the year.
The Oswego State women’s basketball team dropped a 76-43 contest on the road to the University of Rochester on Tuesday evening. Rochester stayed perfect on the year, moving to 4-0, while the Lakers fell to 0-4.
Friends, family and loved ones of 23-year-old Sean Leonard encourage the community to join them at Lakeview Lanes of Fulton for a fundraiser benefit in memory of his life this Saturday. Leonard unexpectedly lost his life due to a stabbing incident in Hannibal on October 24. This Saturday, just over a month since his passing, Lakeview Lanes will host a fundraiser benefit from noon to 9 p.m. in remembrance of Leonard.
Janice B. Millen, 83, of New Haven, passed away on Monday November 23, 2015, at St. Luke Health Facility.
