The Club House Tavern in Oswego and Eagle Beverage have joined together to cook up an idea to benefit United Way of Greater Oswego County’s annual Stuff-A-Bus campaign. On July 30 from 8 – 11:30 a.m. The Club House Tavern, 126 W. Second St., will host a breakfast in support Stuff-A-Bus.
Residents of Morningstar Residential Care Center recently enjoyed a fishing trip to Minetto, which also included a picnic lunch.
June 2016 was slightly warmer and surprisingly a bit wetter than average, according to Bill Gregway, local observer for the National Weather Service. A bear was seen crossing Ellen Street in Oswego on Tuesday (July 5), and recent bear sightings have been reported in the Town of Oswego, near Hannibal, and at Fair Haven State Park.
