Oswego County Historical Society’s 31st Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser Set April 6

The Oswego County Historical Society is proudly celebrating the 31st annual “Not So Silent Auction” to be held on April 6 from 6 – 9 p.m. at The American Foundry at 246 W. Seneca St. in Oswego. Tickets are $20 and are available for purchase in advance and at the door the day of the event. A light buffet with refreshments is included with admission and a cash bar will be available.

Rice Creek Field Station To Greet Girl Scouts April 7 For Skills-Building Activities

SUNY Oswego’s Rice Creek Field Station will welcome Girl Scouts from noon to 3 p.m. April 7, for an activity-filled and fun afternoon. “We are pleased to once again make this connection between Girls Scout troops and SUNY Oswego,” said Diann Jackson of Rice Creek. “The day’s activities are designed to build skills and develop a deep appreciation for nature.”
