Cayuga County District Attorney Jon Budelmann announced that the NYS Parole Board will once again be considering parole for William LeVea. LeVea killed Christopher Spack in a violent DWI crash on the evening of November 20, 2009. The public needs to be protected from this dangerous individual for as long as possible.
