Patrick Fink and Nikki King, 2013 graduates of G. Ray Bodley High School, were awarded the Fulton Lions Club’s 2013 H. and Mary Dowd Memorial Scholarship and John Scaringi Memorial Scholarship respectively. Each scholarship awards the winner $750 a year for four years. King will be attending the Rochester Institute of Technology where she will major in Molecular Bioscience and Biotechnology. The Fulton Lions Club is one of the largest and most active in Central New York. Events like their annual Lions Loot Sweepstakes and Duck Derby raise thousands of dollars to help the sight and hearing impaired in the greater Fulton area.
