Oswego County Federal Credit Union (OCFCU), celebrated the grand opening of its Mexico branch office, 5530 Scenic Ave. (Route 3), with a ribbon cutting Dec. 20 hosted by the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC).
