Mary Bennett of Mexico was the first winner in The Literacy Coalition of Oswego County’s (LCOC) Facebook® contest for being among the first 500 people to “like” the LCOC page. Here, Mary receives her $50 gift card to the river’s end bookstore from Owner Bill Reilly.
