OCO Honors Kimball

FULTON, NY – Oswego County Opportunities’ recently recognized John Kimball, Transit Operator, as its Outstanding Employee, Transportation Services.

Nominated by fellow employees, Kimball, who joined OCO in January, 1994 was honored for his commitment, resourcefulness, and dedication to OCO and those he serves.
