Alfred State welcomes a new class of freshmen

ALFRED, NY – Alfred State welcomed a new class of freshmen this fall.

Avery Day, a resident of Cato, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Business Administration program.

Ryan Nash, a resident of Central Square, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Construction Mgmt Eng Tech program.

Michaela Best, a resident of Fulton, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Veterinary Technology program.

Alana Devaul, a resident of Fulton, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Court and Realtime Reporting program.

Tyler Nixon, a resident of Hannibal, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Heavy Equipment Operations program.

Kathleen Griffin, a resident of Sterling, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Nursing program.

Donald Stevenson, a resident of Sterling, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Architectural Technology program.

Evan Sutterby, a resident of Sterling, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Elec Cons & Maint Electrician program.

Brianna Johnson, a resident of West Monroe, NY, has been admitted to Alfred State for the fall 2012 semester in the Business Administration program.

Alfred State is one of eight University Colleges of Technology within the State University of New York (SUNY) system.

The college offers educational opportunities in 52 associate degree programs, 20 baccalaureate degree programs, and three certificate programs in the schools of Arts and Sciences, Architecture, Management and Engineering Technology, and Applied Technology.

The college is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
