APW Junior High School Holds Spring Concert

The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Junior High School Spring Concert featured performances by talented seventh and eighth grade students from the school’s chorus and band.

Choral members performed four songs for the audience including a popular radio song entitled “Compass” from the group Lady Antebellum.

The band also performed four songs and then joined with the chorus for the finale, “Of Thee I Sing, America!”

In addition, student speakers talked to audiences about the benefits of music education to better prepare students for lifelong success.
