Among guests for Artswego’s 2018-19 Performing Artists Series, Tibetan monks of the Drepung Loseling Monastery will spend the week of April 8 to 12 in SUNY Oswego’s Penfield Library composing a sand painting rich with color, geometric shapes and a multitude of ancient spiritual symbols.
