Kaylee Gadek, a 2009 graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School, was awarded the Fulton Lions Club’s 2009 H. and Mary Down Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship provides the winner with $500 per year for four years toward their college costs.
‘Rock the Block,’ a one-day festival of music and food on the Fulton riverfront, returns from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wed.
