Barclay Sponsors Legislation that Provides State Tax Credit for New Home Owners
Assemblyman Will Barclay (R,C,Iâ€â€Pulaski) said today he is pleased to join lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to sponsor legislation that, if passed, will give home buyers who purchase a newly constructed home a $7,000 state income tax credit for up to three years.

Teams from two counties joined Novelis for a Sunday morning drill put together by R.A. Cooperative Extension Presents Annual Report To County Legislature
Cornell Cooperative Extension Executive Director Paul Forestiere presented the agency’s 2009 annual report to the Oswego County Legislature during its November meeting. The report highlights developments in 4-H programs, agricultural marketing, farmer assistance, parenting classes, and other issues.
