It’s been a week since anyone saw Jamie Duplessis. The Fulton man, 32, has been missing since then and in recent days, friends have begun a careful search of the woods near his home for any sign of him.
A fallen parole officer from Pulaski will be honored today in Albany.
Jeffrey Woolson’s name will be added to the state Parole Officers Memorial in Albany, in a morning ceremony at Empire State Plaza that will feature a gathering of parole and probation officers from around the state. Gov. David Paterson will speak at the ceremony.

Remember the area around the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Facility is off limits to boating. The restricted area stretches 1,000 yards offshore and extends from the Alcan plant to the Sunset Bay area along Lake Ontario, east of the city of Oswego.
State Police in Fulton want your help to find a missing man.
Jamie Duplessis, 32, was last seen on Monday, July 13 in Palermo.
Have you seen Duplessis since then, or know where he is now? Call State Police at 782-2112.
Corinne Henderson-Gray, 19, was killed when her pickup truck crossed the center line while rounding a curve on rain-soaked County Route 12. A small child was in the truck with her.
