Dr. Dilip Roy Pleads Not Guilty to Indictment Charges, Faces New Charges

UPDATED: Dr. Dilip K. Roy, former Fulton doctor at his family owned practice FastCare Family Medical plead not guilty Tuesday to his indictment charges. He was previously indicted on two counts of rape in the third degree, according to Assistant District Attorney, Allison O’Neill. Dr. Roy is now facing new charges as well after a second arrest today in relation to a different occurrence.

Authorities Looking for Dodge Truck That Illegally Passed School Bus in Hastings

Last week, a Dodge pick up truck illegally passed a Central Square school bus that was coming to a stop with its caution lights on. The bus was traveling northbound on Route 11 in Hastings when it began coming to a stop to pick up a young student, according to Trooper Chad Rodman. “Just as the reds turned on, the truck can be seen on video passing the school bus on the shoulder. The driver appeared to be going about 45-50 miles per hour when passing. Fortunately, the student saw the truck coming and did not enter the road,” said Trooper Rodman.

Fulton City Council Presents Resolution of Respect for Donald H. Gardner

Mayor of Fulton, Ronald Woodward, and the rest of the city council acknowledged the late Donald Gardner at a council meeting on October 5 with a resolution of respect.
