David Tetro Jr. and his attorney appealed the decision by Judge Hafner while Tetro adamantly maintained his innocence as well as his co-defendant and wife, Morgan Tetro’s innonence who was sentenced the week prior.

Cody Fire Department responded to a one vehicle accident call at 12:27 p.m. today (October 26.) The vehicle had gone off the road at 428 State Route 48 where it then collided with two trees before coming to a stop.

UPDATED: Dr. Dilip K. Roy, former Fulton doctor at his family owned practice FastCare Family Medical plead not guilty Tuesday to his indictment charges. He was previously indicted on two counts of rape in the third degree, according to Assistant District Attorney, Allison O’Neill. Dr. Roy is now facing new charges as well after a second arrest today in relation to a different occurrence.

Last week, a Dodge pick up truck illegally passed a Central Square school bus that was coming to a stop with its caution lights on. The bus was traveling northbound on Route 11 in Hastings when it began coming to a stop to pick up a young student, according to Trooper Chad Rodman. “Just as the reds turned on, the truck can be seen on video passing the school bus on the shoulder. The driver appeared to be going about 45-50 miles per hour when passing. Fortunately, the student saw the truck coming and did not enter the road,” said Trooper Rodman.

Mayor of Fulton, Ronald Woodward, and the rest of the city council acknowledged the late Donald Gardner at a council meeting on October 5 with a resolution of respect. Presented to Gardner’s son and grandson, the council took the time to recognize and thank Gardener’s family for the service to the city they have provided.
