The Mexico High School Class of 2018 seniors are leaving the Mexico Academy & Central School District with memories, a plan for their futures and scholarships to ease any financial burden.
Mexico High School recently recognized student athletic achievement during their annual Block M Awards. Seventeen sports teams at Mexico were recognized as scholar athlete teams this year, meaning that collectively they achieved a grade point average of 90 or above.
The school recently held its annual Leadership Day, a student-led and student-driven effort which showcased the building’s voluntary growth with the 7 habits: be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win/win, seek first to understand, then to be understood, synergize and sharpen the saw.
As the 2017-18 school year winds down, the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation has continued to celebrate 18 employees who will collectively retire this year with 509 years of service.

One-third of G. Ray Bodley High School’s Class of 2018 will graduate June 23 with high honors. Their academic achievements were honored during a special banquet, held in the GRB gymnasium, where the 85 high honor graduates enjoyed a meal catered by Blue Moon Grill, conversation with friends and family and well wishes from Fulton City School District staff members.
