For well over a decade, the St. Luke-Boyce Memorial Charity Golf event has been raising money to benefit resident programs at St. Luke Health Services and Bishop’s Commons Enriched Living Residence in Oswego, and Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton.
The Fulton First United Methodist Church is presenting a rummage sale June 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and June 30 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. A wide variety of items will be for sale.
A special ceremony was held at Altmar Elementary School during the last week of the school year to celebrate the educational accomplishments of students in the fourth grade. Principal Denise Penoyer commended the students for the hard work and time that each of them put into school and learning.
This is the final week for the community to take a chance on winning a pair of deck chairs designed in the style of those used aboard RMS Titanic.
The New York State Police in Hastings are currently investigating a 1 person fatal motorcycle accident which occurred on June 23rd, 2012, at approximately 1:55am at the intersection of County Route 11 and Gulf Bridge Road, Town of West Monroe, Oswego County.

Jerome Mark Antil will talk on his life experiences growing up in Cortland and then rural upstate New York, many of which went into his first book. Arrive at the Oswego Public Library any time from the 7 p.m. June 26 start to the library closing at 8 p.m.
The fun day is an annual event at the school to celebrate school spirit and pride as well as the end of a successful year.
