Quintin Briglin, 19, of Pulaski, was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility for 3 counts of Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony and 3 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class a misdemeanor for incidents that occurred on 4/14/12 in the village of Pulaski. He was also charged in connection with several other crimes.
The Educational Support Service Personnel (ESSP) organization presented Oswego County BOCES Special Education Teacher Tammy Seymour with the 2012 Robert F. Panara Award.
The theme for the 31st Annual Memorial Day Parade was “AMERICA… WORTH FIGHTING FOR.” Based upon this theme, the judges chose several groups in the parade that best represented this year’s theme. Zachary Menter, parade chairman, announced the following judge’s decisions.

As the final resting place of veterans from every American conflict, Riverside Cemetery will celebrate Memorial Day with a program on May 28. The ceremony will begin at approximately 8:50 a.m. with the laying of a wreath by local veterans at the flagpole in front of the Page Memorial Chapel.
