During the month of April, Oswego County residents may be contacted by telephone to participate in an important all-hazards evacuation planning survey. The purpose is to gather data to help Oswego County improve evacuation plans for both man-made and natural disasters.

After tune ups with Vernon Township High School of New Jersey and Unionville High School of Pennsylvania, the Bucs opened the new season with a regular game against South Jefferson. The Lady Bucs walked off the field with a hard fought 10-8 victory.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon touring New England. They built a home together on Whitaker Road, where they lived for 30 years and raised their three children, Scott, Sharon and Susan Harris.
There will be a spaghetti dinner April 19 at the Hastings – Parish VFW #8823, 13 County Route 45, Hastings. Serving will be from 5-7 p.m.
Siblings are often the first friends we make, and can be the longest relationships in a person’s life. These familial bonds are particularly important for people with disabilities, and can have a strong effect on the sibling without disabilities.
The grant will offset costs associated with construction of a new 82,000 square foot manufacturing floor, 10,000 square foot Research & Development center, and 20,000 square foot office space.
The Beacon Hotel in Oswego has added a prize package to be awarded at this year’s “Bundle of Bucks” raffle event on May 19 at the Oswego Elks Lodge.
