Oswego native and conservative Republican Kellie Greene announced Wednesday night that she will seek the Republican nomination and ultimately the congressional seat in New York’s 23rd district.
Fulton Police have charged Kimberly L. Reed, 24 of Division Street in Fulton, with robbing a local video rental store.

The Oswego High School swimmers and basketball teams are doing well while individually the wrestlers, runners and leapers are competitive and other teams continue to do battle on a regular basis.
On Sunday, at approximately 8:35 p.m., Oswego City Police were dispatched to 107 Murray St. regarding a reported stolen vehicle which had just occurred. The suspect was located and was taken into custody without incident.
Road conditions in the Town of Hannibal are extremely hazardous due to heavy snowfall, Town Supervisor Ron Greenleaf said. The town is asking motorists to avoid traveling on town roads today while highway crews work to clear the snow.
