Fulton Police Arrest Local Store Owner On Weapons Charge
Today (Nov. 2), the Fulton Police Department arrested Charles D. Fitzgerald, the owner of The 420 Emporium, 105 E. Broadway. He was arrested and charged with 47 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, which is a Class D Felony.

On Tuesday investigators from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office arrested John F. Pendall Jr. of Fulton, for Vehicular Manslaughter, Second Degree, a Class D felony; Manslaughter, Second Degree and other charges in connection with the crash that claimed his father’s life.
