FULTON, NY – The Fulton War Memorial will be “home” for Believers’ Chapel Fulton on Easter, April 5, at 10 a.m.
Church members will be transforming the gym into a space to hold a service on that day by setting up a stage, backdrop, lighting, chairs, and their worship band.
Believers’ Chapel Fulton is a non-denominational church with a focus of reaching out to the community.
Residents of Fulton and surrounding areas are invited and encouraged to attend.
“Many people would like to attend a service on Easter but may not have a church they attend regularly or they may be uncomfortable about entering a particular building. We are hoping they will join us at this community site,” said pastor, Brian Goodfellow. “We are a congregation of people who have experienced the love, grace, and forgiveness of Jesus in our lives. By holding our Easter Service at the War Memorial it is our goal to provide a safe and familiar place for people to come experience this also.”
Believers’ Chapel Fulton is made up of a diverse group of people.
“On Easter there will be people dressed in jeans and T-shirts while others will come in suits, shirts and ties,” Goodfellow said. “We encourage people to come as they are! When Jesus walked the earth He approached and loved people where they were – flaws and all. It is our heart to be His hands and feet in the same manner.”
