Canale’s Restaurant was started in 1954 by brothers Mike and Dominic Canale. The idea to open a restaurant came from their mother, Anna’s great cooking. Anna had the skill to cook anything – and make it taste like a gourmet meal. Her recipes are still a menu staple more than 60 years later.
