The Salvation Army Community Centers across Central and Western New York are on the lookout for local realtors to participate in the nationwide Realtor Ring Day on December 4.

After November, when you see signs that advertise “Get Your Flu Vaccine Here,” you might think, “Isn’t it too late for that?” However, health officials advise that as long as flu viruses are spreading, it’s not too late to get a vaccine to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Fulton Community Theatre will hold open auditions for the first production of its 2016 season, “The Mating Game,” a comedy of sex or consequences by Robin Hawdon. Auditions will be held on December 7 and 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. each day at the home of the production’s director, Michael A. Bolio, 692 Maple Ave.

Oswego High School Drama Club will present “Damn Yankees” at the Oswego High School Robinson-Faust Theatre of the Performing Arts on February 7 and 8 at 7:30 p.m.

An effort is under way to collect 1,000 pairs of boots and shoes throughout Oswego County by Dec. 15. The shoes will be delivered to the Rescue Mission in Syracuse, which works with various charities throughout the region to deliver shoes and boots in good condition to those in need.

The Oswego County Community Development Block Grant well and septic repair/replacement program is accepting preliminary program applications from income-eligible homeowners in Oswego County.

The Oswego County Health Department offers a variety of services to all residents of Oswego County, including preventive health services, certified hospice, and a maternal and child health program.
